    us! If you are successful, you stand to receive attractive referral fees!

    Position Level

    Officer (MSO) - $200
    Senior Officer (MSO) and Management Executive (MX) - $500


  2. How it works

    Step 1: Click on the link:

    Step 2: Seek out those excellent people you know who fit any of our jobs and encourage them to submit their
    applications through the link provided.
    When your candidate fills up the online application form, he or she will be asked these questions:

    • How did they hear about the vacancy?
      (To insert as 'Referral Scheme')

    • If they were referred by an employee, to supply the email address of the employee who has referred them
      (To insert your work email address)

    Step 3: The candidate’s information will be automatically stored in our database with your name and information.

    Step 4: If the candidate is hired through the Employee Referral Program, Recruitment will contact you.


  3. Rules and Requirements

    Employee Eligibility

    : This program is open to all staff of Vital with the exception of:

    • Employees holding positions of Head and above

    • Hiring managers for positions being filled by their own referrals, as well as in situations where they influence the hiring decision

    • Employees who refer a candidate and then are involved in the hiring process specific to that referral

    • Human Resources and Recruitment personnel

    • Temporary staff

    Candidate Eligibility

    : Referrals will be accepted for all candidates, except

    1. Former employees who had left within less than one year

    2. Temporary staff

    3. Serving Civil Servants and Public Servants

    Candidate referrals will remain valid for a period of 6 months.


  4. Referral Award Eligibility

    • Employees will be eligible for the payouts, subject to criteria, per referral up to a maximum $2,000 per annum.

    • If the referred person is already in the database at the time of referral, Vital reserves the right not to pay out for the referral.

    • Referrals will be honored on a "first received" basis, where the source and date can be clearly identified. In cases where the "first received" cannot be clearly identified, Recruitment and PM will be the sole arbitrators for determining award payment(s) and may decide to split awards if necessary or appropriate.


  5. Referral Award Payment

    • The referral award payout will only be made when the referred individual completes at least 6 months of service and if is subjected to the referred officer’s performance grade and conduct.

    • Both referred officer and referring officer must be in service and no notice of resignation given at time of payment.

    • The referral award will be paid out together with the salary in the month following the referred candidate’s completion of 6 months.

    • Referral awards paid out are subjected to income tax.


  6. Others

    Vital reserves the right to vary or terminate all or part of the terms of the Employee Referral Program at any
    time without notice.

    To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, Vital shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may
    result from participation in the Employee Referral Program.
