Our team of 6 dedicated account managers strengthens customer centricity and partnership through providing our clients with clear visibility and performance reporting of service delivery levels, administering and reviewing Service Partnership Understanding (SPU) between Vital and agencies, as well as sharing success Vital’s success stories and initiatives via e-Newsletters to customers.

The team of customer helpdesk executives works at a completely different level from our account managers. Working around your calls, our customer helpdesk executives handle first line enquiries before routing cases to relevant operations team.
