Vital.org's Customer Helpdesk

“We should centralise the common administrative support services of different ministries. Public sector agencies are already aggregating their demand for common goods and services to get better prices.”

Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong during Budget 2005

“Vital.org is vital because she is an expression of how the Public Service treats those in its service. Through our transactions, the new officer who joined the service has an easier time transitioning to a new work place even though he may be new, the officer who had to travel for work feels well supported even though he may be out of sight, the officer who needs an upgrade in skills knows where to find the courses needed, the retired officer doesn't feel forgotten by the service having put in decades of dedicated service, a vendor who supplies to government feels assured that he can get paid on time. It is our duty to improve the experiences of our customers who are out there improving the lives of our citizens, guarding our national interests, maintaining and building up our infrastructure.  The simple truth is that treating people right is important.”
