ASEAN Workshop on IT Application in Civil Service Modernisation on 25 November 2021

VITAL was invited by Public Service Division to represent Singapore at the ASEAN Workshop on IT Application in Civil Service Modernisation hosted virtually by Vietnam on 25 November 2021. During the session, Mr Leong Siew Keong, VITAL’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Mr Tan Wearn Haw, VITAL’s Director of Service, Innovation & Compliance (DSIC) shared insights on VITAL’s ongoing automation journey in the area of corporate shared services, and learnt from ASEAN counterparts’ experiences in digital transformation in the public sector.
