VITAL's biannual ReVITALise townhall was held at HDB Hub on 9 January 2024. The theme of "Excellence, Insights & Wellness" guided our reflections on our achievements in transforming shared services and the exceptional efforts of our dedicated staff.

CE Dennis Lui delivered an insightful New Year message, emphasising the impact of our collective efforts and the need for continuous learning and development. Engaging sessions on VITAL Learning Trips and our RPA journey fostered collaboration and knowledge sharing, while interactive booths and presentations added an extra layer of enjoyment and engagement for all attendees.

Heartfelt Congratulations to all the recipients of VITAL Internal Awards and GEMS Awards. Your dedication and outstanding contributions have truly set a standard of excellence for all of us at VITAL.

As we reflect on the success of ReVITALise, we are invigorated to continue our journey towards excellence and innovation. Let's carry this momentum forward as we embark on new endeavors and collaborations in 2024!
