D(SIC)’s participation in GovInsider’s panel discussion on Cloud solutions

VITAL's Director shared how the agency is using automation to improve shared services, including plans for a central RPA platform that public agencies can adopt to boost efficiency.

Mr Alex Tang, Director (Service, Innovation and Compliance) at VITAL, was invited to speak at GovInsider's sharing session on the topic of 'Navigating the Cloud Landscape for the Public Sector' on 16 February 2023.

During the panel discussion, Mr Tang talked about VITAL's journey in experimenting with robotic process automation (RPA) in shared services processes, and our intent to move up the value chain to tap on advanced functions in intelligent automation. VITAL is developing an upcoming Cloud-native central RPA platform, which public agencies can tap on to quickly scale up RPA adoption, bringing about efficiencies and unlocking capacities.
