As part of ServiceNow's "Knowledge 2023" conference held in Las Vegas, the U.S., Mr Dennis Lui, Chief Executive of VITAL, was invited to a panel discussion with industry thought-leaders to discuss modernisation of procurement for governments on 16 May 2023.
During the panel discussion, Mr Lui shared VITAL's experiences and insights into government procurement, including the mental model shifts to revolutionise procurement, sharing of procurement knowledge across the Singapore Government, and how we collaborate with industry partners to deliver and transform government procurement.
