Visit by the Accountant General of Malaysia

VITAL hosted senior Malaysian government officials in March 2023 to share insights on automation and digitalisation in the public sector.

We were honoured to host a visit by the Accountant General of Malaysia, Datuk Dr Yacob Bin Mustafa and senior officials from Malaysia's Accountant General's Department and Inland Revenue Board on 20 March 2023.

In our briefing to the Malaysian guests, representatives from VITAL and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore shared our respective agencies' automation and digitalisaion journey.

It was a great opportunity for us to exchange views with our Malaysian guests who are also looking at using RPA to enhance and transform the public service.
