CE's presentation at the Shared Services Forum for Agency Implementation Leaders

VITAL's Chief Executive shared how the agency evolved into Singapore's central shared services hub and explored the role of generative AI in shaping its future.

Mr Dennis Lui, Chief Executive of VITAL, was invited to speak at the Shared Services Forum for Agency Implementation Leaders on 8 June 2023, which was organised by the U.S. Shared Services Leadership Coalition. During his presentation, Mr Lui talked about VITAL's transformation journey from backroom processors of transactions to the central agency for corporate shared services in Singapore Public Service, creating higher value-add to the ecosystem. He also shared his insights into the impacts of generative AI on shared services and how VITAL is keeping up with this latest technological trend to revolutionise our work.
