Our Service Partner Relations (SPR) team is committed to support service partners' needs and requests. Our core responsibilities are: (1) managing Service Partners' accounts, and (2) providing support via customer helpdesk.


Account Management

 

With a team of dedicated and customer-centric account managers, we strengthen partnerships by providing our service partners with clear visibility of VITAL' s performance through timely service delivery reports and frequent meetings.


On a regular basis, we also hold open communications with service partners to review the service scope and terms & conditions of our partnership with service partners as stated in the Service Partnership Understanding (SPU).


 

Customer Helpdesk

 

If you are currently our service partners and have a problem that you need to resolve, get in touch with our friendly customer helpdesk executives now.


Our Customer Helpdesk Executives will resolve your queries or direct you to the appropriate team in VITAL to address your concerns.


They also ensure that all your queries are logged into our case management system, Voices, so that your queries are tracked and monitored to drive timely case closure.
